Message from the Chief

We are excited that you live, work, or visit the City of Leeds.  The Leeds Police Department is dedicated to the protection of residents and citizens who come into our city.  We are committed to the protection of your property as well.   Our department will seek justice against anyone that is violating the law for the community.  Through community relations, technology, and proactive law enforcement, we will make our city a safer place for you to raise your family and build relationships with our department.  As we move into an era that dangerous drugs, violent crimes and illegal substances are continuing to destroy families and communities, we am committed to you and the employees of our department to remove individuals who are influencing or causing harm to others.  I am very proud of the actions of our employees over the past two years and promise to you that we will continue to be the most professional and dedicated department in the history of the City of Leeds.  The professionalism to our department will continue to grow and serve you better as are city continues to grow.  We are here to serve you!

I am proud to have returned home to Leeds and I want to make an impact on the community I was raised in.  I know we needed to make changes and with the help of the officers at the Leeds Police Department, we have created positive changes in the community.  Thank you for allowing me to serve as your chief of police.  It is an honor I cherish each day!
